What this site is, what you may do with it, and what it does not promise.

PricingAlmanac is published by an independent developer based in Indonesia. By using pricingalmanac.com you accept the terms below. They are short
because the site is simple: it publishes information and asks nothing of you.
1. What the figures are
Every price, plan and feature statement here is a record of what a vendor's own published pricing page said at a stated moment, read automatically. That is all it is. Specifically:
- It is not a quote or an offer. Nothing on this site can be relied on as the price you will be charged. Only the vendor can tell you that.
- It may be out of date. Vendors change pricing without notice. Every figure is published with the date it was verified, and a figure without its date is not a claim this site makes.
- It may be wrong. Automated reading of a page can misinterpret it, and it does so in ways that look entirely plausible. The provenance table on every data page links the source so you can check, and corrections are welcome.
- Computed figures rest on stated assumptions. Normalised monthly costs, seat-count comparisons and crossover points are arithmetic over the recorded numbers under assumptions the methodology sets out. Change an assumption and the figure changes.
- Regional and negotiated pricing is not reflected. Figures are read from publicly published pages, which frequently differ from what a given customer is quoted.
Verify anything you intend to act on against the vendor before you act on it. This site is a research aid, not a procurement document.
2. No advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and no page is a recommendation to buy or not buy anything. There are no ratings, no scores, and no rankings that express an opinion; the ordering of anything on this site is deterministic and described in the methodology.
3. What you may reuse
The recorded figures and the compilation of them are published under CC BY 4.0. You may copy, redistribute and build on them, including commercially, with attribution to PricingAlmanac and a link to the page a figure came from. Data sources explains attribution and links the machine-readable downloads.
Not covered by that licence: this site's design, layout, code, and the written pages — this one, About, Methodology, Privacy and the rest. Those remain the operator's own work, all rights reserved.
Bulk automated retrieval of this site is unnecessary — the dataset is published as JSON precisely so that nobody needs to scrape the HTML. Please use it.
4. Trade marks and third-party names
Product names, company names and logos referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. PricingAlmanac is independent: no vendor named here sponsors, endorses, reviews or has any affiliation with it, and no vendor sees a page before it is published.
5. Links out
Links to vendor pricing pages exist so that every figure can be checked at its source. Those sites are not under our control and their content and terms are their own.
6. Warranty and liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here — including any commercial decision made on the basis of a figure that was wrong or out of date.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Availability
This is a small independent project. There is no uptime commitment, pages may be withdrawn without notice, and a page whose figures can no longer be verified is deliberately removed rather than left in place. Removal of a page is the system working as designed.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the current version is always the one on this page, and the review date at the top reflects when it was last revised.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence.
