PricingAlmanac is run by an independent developer based in Indonesia. There is no support desk and no ticket queue — mail goes to one inbox and is answered by hand, usually within a few days.
Which page you probably want instead
Three kinds of enquiry have a page that answers them faster and more completely than an email will:
- A figure on this site is wrong
- Report an error explains what to include so it can be verified and fixed, and gives you a prefilled message.
- You found

often, what it keeps, and how to block it in two lines of
robots.txtwithout contacting anyone. - You want to know how a number was arrived at
- The methodology sets out every threshold, assumption and refusal the site operates under, and each data page carries the source and date behind every figure it shows.
Everything else
- Privacy and data requests. Access, deletion or objection requests go to the same address; see the privacy policy for what is actually held, which is very little.
- Press and research. Happy to answer questions about how the dataset is built. The figures are published under an open licence — data sources covers attribution and the machine-readable downloads.
- Vendors. Corrections and crawler questions are welcome through the pages above. To be clear about what is not available: placement, ordering, inclusion and the wording of any computed statement are not for sale, and no vendor reviews a page before it is published.
What will not get a reply
Guest post offers, link exchanges, paid placement, "we noticed a broken link on your site" pitches, and SEO services. These arrive daily and are deleted unread. Nothing on this site is a link that can be bought, which is most of why it is worth reading.
